Order Status
Please note that we have a 9-12 working day shipping process (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. If you have made an international order, please note that we have a 15-20 working day shipping process. This excludes orders that may be a PRE ORDER. If your order is a pre order please make sure to check the date in which that specific item is to be dispatched. This information can often be found in the Product's Description and will also be emailed to you.
A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
